My car was completely dead, and would not start. Nestor was very nice, helpful and accommodating. My car was towed from work to his shop where he communicated what the issue was and gave me a price. As he was working, he found another issue and communicated with me. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I did not feel like Blackstone wanted to make a quick buck but really look out for their customer. If I ever need a mechanic in the future, I already know who I am going to call.
